About the Author
Tim Anstett is the Vice President of Success Training In Vocal Expression, Inc., a communications and management training company founded by Katherine Anstett in 1984. His clientele have included Amoco, AT&T, Chicago Tribune, GTE and dozens of other leading American companies. He lives in Chicago with his wife and two children, where he is also the head coach of the boys basketball team of the Chicago Waldorf School.
