About the Author
Dr O'Brien is a lifetime runner and holistic athlete who has incorporated his yogic training into a unique new style of running. He holds a Doctoraat in the Philosophy of Consciousness and a Doctoraal in Theology from Nijmegen University, The Netherlands. He is now a monk in the Himalayan Tradition, known as Swami Jaidev Bharati. He is spiritual director at the Institute of the Himalayan Tradition in Saint Paul, Minnesota and Adjunct faculty at Univeraity of Minnesota.
