Features "Noodling", which represents one of the earliest publications of the author's work. According to Jonathan Lethem himself, it is his second piece ever to be published. It significantly precedes any of his work in book form, including his debut novel, "Gun, With Occasional Music", which was shamefully ignored by critics and the reading public when it first appeared in 1994, but is now considered a contemporary classic.
