Green publishers cloth shows gilt titling on front and spine. Cover shows shelf wear, spots of white scuffing on front, small dark stains on back. Extremities show bumping and rubbing, textblock edges show minor soiling, minor bumping to top corners of some pages. Slight age toning to textblock edges and page margins, small fleck on FFEP and front cover interior on either side of gutter, binding has loosened between some signatures, textblock has separated from back strip. Photographs throughout. All text is legible. Old property map laid within.
