Condition: Fair. NO BOOKLET. You will only receive the TMNT Game Shield screen, the After the Bomb Game Shield screen, and the single sheet that was once on the back of the shield pack. The After the Bomb screen is warped / curvy. I'm not sure how it got this way or if it can straightened. It could be exposure to moisture, but if it is, it doesn't appear that there is any staining (or it is extremely light. The screen also has some wear, especially on the front side near the left edge (see pictures). The TMNT screen has a few small stains, probably casualties of the game table (see pictures). The screen also has some light wear. The single sheet has some light waviness. The back side has some light smudging and what appears to be very light stain. Quite usable if you don't mind the warped After the Bomb screen. Again, the adventure booklet (with Quick Roll Tables) is NOT included. See pictures for more details.
