Synopsis
Number 2 in the Monogram series, the Ju288 was developed from the Ju88 as the Luftwaffe attempted to develop a heavy bomber that they so sorely lacked. This volume has many close-up B&W photographs, 3 view line drawings and profiles. It is the photographs that will be of particular interest to modellers, providing priceless close-up detail of actual period Ju288's in Luftwaffe service during the later yaers of WWII. Although none ever entered service officially, some prototypes were armed and utilised in a desperation measure as defeat loomed.
