First edition (not stated). 115 pages. Hardcover. Lacks publisher's undecorated thin cardboard slipcase with which it was issued. Green cloth, minor discoloration at spine head, front board's paper title label lightly foxed. Foxing to edges and some occurrences at margins of interior pages which are otherwise clean. Binding is firm. Else a very good copy.
