Synopsis
Paul Letarouilly's three-volume work, "Edifices de Rome Moderne" was first published in 1860. Letarouilly devoted 35 years to the task of drawing the plans, sections, elevations, perspectives and large-scale details of gardens, convents, palaces and churches of Renaissance Rome. This one-volume reprint contains all 354 plates and Letarouilly's map of Rome dated 1838, a 23 x 35-inch insert that took the artist five years to complete.

Overall, this is a solid, Very Good copy in a Near Very Good dust jacket, which has bumps with light creasing to the spine ends and corners, rubbing with subtle scuffing to the covers, a bit of wrinkling to the front, and slight wear to the edges.
