Synopsis
Description : A5 portrait format stapled softback with laminated card covers. 104pp plus further text on the insides of the covers. Illustrated with black and white photographs. A sort of souped up abc giving details of all British Rail locomotives at the time of publication including depot allocation and other information. The book is now 40 years old and only of historic interest as many of the classes of locomotives are no longer around apart from a few preserved examples. However, the book can still be a useful reference resource to enthusiasts and railway historians interested in the 1980s. Condition : These are new and previously unsold copies which lay in a distributor's warehouse for many years. They are clean and unmarked although some copies have a slight touch of rust to parts of the staples.
