The text is set in 13pt Monotype Poliphilus and Blado and is printed on mould made paper from the Wookey Hole Mill, Somerset. The binding is in Relon `Terre de Cuivre' made by Rougier & Pie, Paris, and the endpapers are Ingres 'Tabac' made by Canson & Montgolfier, Paris. The brasses were cut by Mackrell of Essex and Avison of London. The jacket paper is `Tre Kronor' from the Tumba Mill, Stockholm. The book was designed by Montague and Susan
