Synopsis
'Room to Rhyme' is the publication of the full text of an original lecture given by Nobel Laureate Seamus Heaney at the University graduation in summer 2003. The text explores the creative process, Heaney's inspirations and influences and the role of poetry in contemporary life. The 28 page, hard back, limited edition book was designed by David Herbert and contains specially commissioned illustrative artwork by artist Brigid Collins, both lecturers at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design.
