What appears to be a deluxe edition - perhaps sponsored by 'Beneficial Corporation' as their logo is embossed to the tail of the front board. This copy with all edges gilt and a glassine dust jacket. There is an oval embossed gilt vignette of 'his majesty's ordnance riding house department' to the front board. Further to this there is a bookplate on the fixed front endpaper - flat signed by the author Malcolm Wallace 'presented by Finn W caspersen chairman of the board and chief executive officer beneficial corporation and David J Farris president and chief executive officer beneficial management corporation on the occasion of the 1986 Windsor Horse Show.
