Paolo Toth is Professor Emeritus at Alma Mater Studiorum, UnDaniele Vigo is Full Professor of Operations Research at theiversity of Bologna, where he was a Full Professor of Combin Department of Electrical, Electronic, and Information Enginatorial Optimization in the Department of Electrical, Electreering 'Guglielmo Marconi' of Alma Mater Studiorum, Universionic, and Information Engineering 'Guglielmo Marconi' from 1ty of Bologna.
