About the Author

Allan Menezes is the founder of the Pilates and Gyrotonics Methods in Australia. It was Pilates thet helped him recover from a debilitating back injury from a rugby accident and the rest is history.

Allan now specializes in Pilates and back injuries as well as sports performance improvement for athletes. His knowledge in Pilates and bio-mechanics is second to none and he lectures internationally to fitness instructors and physiotherapists.
