Synopsis
The development of powerful affinity labelling techniques has greatly simplified the identification and isolation of intact receptors. The first section of this book offers detailed experimental descriptions of these techniques and those used in conjunction with crosslinking, both methods providing a means of converting reversible into covalent ligand binding.
