Soft cover. Condition: Very Good+. First Edition. FIRST PRINTING of the First Edition. A study of American and international policy during the 1960s and 70s towards the Republic of South Africa and its 'apartheid' doctrine, describing the mounting pressure and attitudinal change towards that region and the gradual abandonment of American interests in favor of those of the left, presciently predicting an ultimate confrontation and forcing by the United States of South Africa to fundamentally change itself and allow a leftist ANC takeover. Author provides strong alternative policies that benefit South African and American interests - which of course were never followed. Softcover, 181pp. A nice copy. Very rare. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Book. Seller Inventory # 00015846
