About the Author

A married homemaker with two grown children and two grandchildren, Luane Roche has worked as an elementary-school teacher's aide and teacher. She has taught fourth- and fifth-grade catechism classes and served as president of her parish's religious-education staff. A member of the Secular Order of Discalced Carmelites, she lives in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. Luan Roche, ama de casa, esposa, madre de dos hijos y abuela de dos nietos, se ha desempenado como maestra de educacion primaria. Ha dado clases de catecismo a ninos de 4 y 5 ano, ademas de haber sido presidenta del consejo de educacion religiosa en su parroquia. Forma parte tambien de la orden secular de las carmelitas descalzas y vive en Hoffman, Illinois.
