FREDERICK VREELAND is a former U.S. ambassador, senior co-author of RomeACCESS, and a contributing editor at Conde Naste Traveler magazine. VANESSA SOMERS VREELAND is a widely exhibited British artist in glass and mosaics. The Vreelands make their home in Rome.
