About the Author

Stephen Beers is the Vice President for Student Development at John Brown University. He served as the president of the Association for Christians in Student Development (ACSD) and is currently serving as a commission member of the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities (CCCU).

Skip Trudeau is the Vice President for Student Development and Dean of Students at Taylor University. He has served in a number of roles in student development and is a former president of the Association for Christians in Student Development (ACSD).
