About the Author

Rita Brown has six children, twenty-six grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. Mrs. Brown has wide experience in teaching women's classes, retreats, and seminars, and has served as a lecturer on the Oklahoma Christian Lectureship program. She currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for Midland Christian School, and has served as the president for ten years. Mrs. Brown and her husband, Dale, served as missionaries in Brazil and continue to travel extensively, often observing mission areas and encouraging missionary families. Rita and Dale have been married for fifty years.
