About the Author

Evan H. Offstein is a speaker, consultant, and professor at Frostburg State University. He has landed numerous speaking engagements and consulting contracts for such organizations as the U.S. Army, Northwestern Mutual Life, and the Western Maryland Health System. Jason M. Morwick is a business operations manager and full-time teleworker at Cisco Systems, Inc. He has managed teams and organizations at General Electric and CHEP USA, where he has trained hundreds of employees in Six Sigma, diversity, project management, communication, and leadership.
