About the Author
Gervase R. Bushe, Ph.D. is president of Discovery and Design, Inc., a consulting firm serving clients throughout North America, and professor of business administration at Simon Fraser University. His clients have included Shell Oil, General Motors, BC Telecom, and the Canadian government. The coauthor of Parallel Learning Structures, Bushe has published award-winning articles in such publications as the Journal of Applied Behavioral Science and the Organization Development Journal.
