Leo A. Wrobel, Jr. is president and CEO of Premiere Network Services, in Dallas, Texas. He holds degrees in telecommunications systems technology, electronic systems technology, and business and public policy. Spanning nearly two decades, his experience includes design and regulatory approval for the largest and most technologically advanced telecommunications network ever installed in North Texas. The author of nine books and dozens of articles, Mr. Wrobel is a recognized technological futurist. Currently he is mayor for the City of Ovilla, Texas.
