About the Author
Wehner is a private consultant in radar and electromagnetic systems. He served as the head of the radar branch of the Naval Ocean System Center from 1971-91. He earned his MS in physics from Union University. He is a senior member of the IEEE.

Bruce Barnes is director of American Decorative Art 1900 Foundation. Sarah Fayen is assistant curator of the Chipstone Foundation and adjunct assistant curator at the Milwaukee Art Museum.
