Frances, M.D., is President and Medical Director of Silver Hill Hospital in New Canaan, Connecticut; Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at New York University; and Adjunct Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark, New Jersey.
