Nineteenth-century German homeopath Schuessler determined that the effective ingredients in the 2000 homeopathic remedies of his day were their mineral constituents, which he isolated into 12 "cell salts" that correct the imbalances that produce the symptoms of disease, rather than attacking the symptoms themselves. They are a core part of a regimen of self-care. This book covers each individual salt, the health conditions each one treats, as well as effective combinations for correcting ailments such as headaches, flu and asthma.
