Synopsis
Agression Replacement Training, or ART, was initiated in 1987. ART's use in school, deliquency and other settings frequented by aggressive youth has grown substantially. As program use has proliferated, so have short and long term evaluations of its effectiveness in a number of diverse sites. Feedback from these sources - applied settings and research - has led to valuable modifications and improvement in content as well as implementation of ART's consituent procedures. In this book the authors share the journey by which this intervention has been developed.
