Synopsis
Each of us has many distinct sub-personalities within our personality. Sometimes they seem to wage war within us - occasionally they are the source of unique insights or creative inspirations. This book shows how a method called psychosynthesis can reveal and harmonize these sub-personalities to bring about a higher level of functioning and well-being. Using the theories of Jung and Robert Assagioli, this book explains sub-personalities and shows readers how to develop an impartial "centre" to organize these contrasting sub-personalities.
