About the Author

Gaston Saint-Pierre was born in French Canada and has lived in England since the early 1960s. After 14 years in finance, he trained as a Montessori teacher. In the 1970s he trained with Robert St John. In 1980 he founded the Metamorphic Association, a charitable foundation, and now lectures and teaches worldwide. Debbie Shapiro (formerly Boater) was born in England, but now divides her time between there and America, teaching and practising the Metamorphic Technique and healing therapy. She is the author of The Bread Book and co-author of The Healer's Handbook. Her husband, Eddie Shapiro, is a Western Yogi.
