Synopsis
This text is designed for use in introductory and advanced MBA level Production Operations management courses. It could be used as a one-semester book, two-semester book, or as for series 6-9 week terms. This text and the complementary POMQuest software are designed to be modular. The text is completely self-contained without the software, although POMQuest modules are designed to fit the corresponding book module fully, and to give the student power to attain a deeper understanding of the material with much less effort than long tedious hand exercises. Each of the book modules can be used independently of others. Thus, a wide variety of courses can be designed effectively.
