RAYMOND J. WLODKOWSKI is a consultant in Boulder, Colorado. His most recent work includes coauthorship of the book Eager to Learn (Jossey-Bass, 1990) and development of Motivation to Learn, winner of the Clarion Award as best training and development video program of 1991.
