WHO SHOULD READ THIS BOOK?
This book was written to help all levels of people involved in reengineering. When I reviewed the material currently available on the market I found many conflicting presentations of the principles. Some books were very general and talked primarily to senior executives. Others talked to those who were actually doing the reengineering and they talked in very great detail, so much so that it could easily be overwhelming to all but the experienced reengineer. So I wrote this book, not to be the "Complete Handbook of Reengineering" but rather to boil it down to something that would be useful and yet at the same time, easily understood to all levels of people who were unfamiliar with reengineering.
