By coauthoring the IISA Level 1 Manual with the International In-Line Skating Association and authoring the Level 3 Fitness Certification, she led the effort to merge the fitness and in-line skating industries. Her background includes 17 years as a ski instructor at Mammoth Mountain, California, and experience as an advisor to both Rollerblade and Nike.
Nottingham lives in Mammoth Lakes, California, with her husband Peter, daughter Taylor and son Lucas. In addition to winter sports, they enjoy in-line skating, mountain biking, hiking, and gardening.
