About the Author
Winner of the Alfred Thayer Mahan Award for Naval Literature, <strong>Thomas J. Cutler</strong> is the current author of<em> The Bluejacket’s Manual </em> and has several other books to his credit, including <em> Brown Water, Black Berets </em>.
