The contributor list includes several Nobel Prize winners and former presidential economic advisers. The goal of the more than 160 signed concept essays is to "show how the analysis of economic topics can illuminate many aspects of the average person's daily life." Topics include price and rent controls, game theory, taxation, various schools of economics, financial markets, inflation, unemployment, and free trade.
