This is an account of a daring journey across Africa in 1933, taken by two motorists in a small Morris car, facing locusts, extreme weather, appalling roads etc. With a good deal of luck and plenty of perseverance, they made it and this book tells how. They don?t shy away from some distressing sights and this is written in both a humorous and touching way in parts. A little edge wear to the un-price-clipped jacket, spine a little sunned.
