Synopsis
Chapters of Gold is a book of meditations on the life of Our Lady for modern busy people today. The short chapters are based on an episode in the life of Our Lady, the Annunciation, The Birth of Christ, the Finding of Christ in the Temple right through to the witness to the Resurrection of Christ. The chapters consist of a short narrative and meditation and are each illustrated with beautiful four colour plates based on the mosaics from the Lady Chapel at Westminster Cathedral. These have been specially photographed for this book.

About the Author
Rachel Billington is a novelist, writer and journalist. She is the daughter of Lord and Lady Longford and comes from a family of writers. Among her many novels have been Beautiful and A Woman's Age. Gered Mankowitz is the son of the celebrated author and playwright Wolf Mankowitz, and is a world renowned photographer. His work includes images of many famous rock artists, including The Rolling Stones, Kate Bush and Jimi Hendrix.
