About the Author
Jeff Clew, an active motorcycle rider, restorer and author, decided to investigate the mystique of Scott ownership when a completely dismantled 1946/7 model became available. He has been closely associated with veteran and vintage machines since joining the Vintage Motor Cycle Club in 1949. A former Haynes Editorial Director, he lives near Yeovil, Somerset.
