Compiled by the SFLA from replies to a questionnaire sent to every divorce court in the country, it contains information on each court's local practices, for example: whether there is a pre-trial review system; how ex-parte applications should be made and what documents should be filed with the petition. The court's automatic directions are also included where applicable. The guide is arranged alphabetically under the court name and each entry also contains relevant addresses and telephone numbers.
