Team work has unique challenges and pressures which a system of team reward can successfully address if correctly implemented. Reward expert Michael Armstrong brings you the very latest thinking on the issues and addresses questions such as: Should team pay complement or replace individual pay? How do you deal with different roles within your team, such as team leaders? How do you reward your staff to ensure their best performance as a team? Is team reward the answer and what are the alternatives? With case studies and examples of how top organisations solve the dilemmas of motivation and reward, this guide: shows you how to develop team pay - explains the pros and cons of team pay - sets out how to manage team reward processes - discusses bonus formulae and their performance criteria. The steps to effective implementation set out in the invaluable Team Reward Action Plan will help you create a scheme that benefits teams, individuals and organisations alike.
