The book consists of informative reading and listening texts notes and word lists with further explanation on points of grammar and a wide variety of exercises. Idiomatic and colloquial language is amply illustrated and realia taken from newspapers and magazines all help to bring the language to life.It is by no means essential to have completed our basic course prior to this one.
