Synopsis

From selecting a pony with regard to conformation, type, performance and temperament, the book covers training, feeding and conditioning ponies, as well as production and presentation in the show ring. The refinements of turn-out, saddlery, dress and ringcraft are explained and no minutiae of detail is omitted from the width of the girth to the size of the buttonhole.
