Review

"Written in a student-friendly and easily accessible style, this comprehensive text provides an invaluable guide to the law regulating business in the UK. It explains diverse areas of legal regulation with impressive clarity and has rightly become an essential read and reference point for those undertaking any business law course." Karen Davies, School of Law, Swansea University "A clear, informative, succinct and up to date text, with useful chapter summaries. The authors have successfully pitched the material considered at the appropriate level for non-law students. Very readable and easy-to-understand, with a user-friendly layout. Invariably popular with students, especially those for whom English is not the first language, who appreciate the simple and uncomplicated style and generous use of headings." Anne Argent, Essex Business School, University of Essex
