About the Author
Justin Chapple is a senior Test Kitchen editor at Food & Wine and host of the award-winning video series, Mad Genius Tips. He's a graduate of the French Culinary Institute in New York City. Justin appears regularly on NBC's Today Show and has appeared on The Meredith Vieira Show, FOX 5's Good Day NY and VH1's Big Morning Buzz Live, among others.
