Title page has slight damage, possibly due to a sticker (see picture). Gilt title on spine is bright. Photographs are crisp. Dust Jacket has a closed 1.5 inch tear on inside bottom front flap, small chips and creasing. Trade with the Orient by the Dutch East India Company enabled the earthenware makers of Delft to become familiar with fine Japanese ceramic art. It contains contents, preface, black & white and colour photos, factory masks, bibliography and index. Wrapped in mylar.
