About the Author

John H. Shenefield, former head of the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice, now practices law with the Washington, D.C. firm of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. Irwin M. Stelzer is a political columnist for the Sunday Times of London and the Boston Herald and a scholar at the Hudson Institute. He resides in Washington, DC; Aspen, Colorado; and London, England.
