"Subject Guide to Books in Print" indexes over 725,000 nonfiction titles from "Books in Print 1992-93" under more than 66,000 Library of Congress subject headings, giving access to the latest books on topics ranging from gentrification to immunodiagnosis. This year's edition includes a subject thesaurus which lists and cross-references all headings from the Subject Guide, along with online subject numbers. There are also 1500 new headings reflecting current trends, names in the news, health and social issues etc, plus over 80,000 new titles, 350,000 entry revisions and 30,000 deletions. It contains the same contact and ordering information found in "Books in Print" and also contains annotations provided by the publisher.
