Synopsis
Divided into two sections - dried flowers and pressed flowers - this book includes over 150 floral designs for readers to recreate. Each section opens with an introduction to the various techniques involved, such as how to dry the flowers, wire them into bunches, make a press and fix the arrangements. The designs themselves range from colourful basket arrangements, garlands and festive wreaths - all made using dried flowers - to pictures, greeting cards, paperweights and many more novelty items created with an array of pressed flowers. Each design is illustrated with comprehensive step-by-steo instructions showing how it is made.
