About the Author

MARK CRAWFORD received his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Saint Louis University in Saint Louis, Missouri. His career has taken him to West Paces Ferry Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia, and the Atlanta Counseling Center, where his psychological studies have focused on individuals, couples and families. In 1997, Mark cofounded Lyles and Crawford Clinical Consulting, P.C. He has appeared on ABC's Good Morning America and ABC's World News This Morning and has been a guest on several other national television and radio programs. Mark and his wife, Dana, have two sons, Caleb and Ben.
