About the Authors
Carol Noll Hoskins, PhD, RN, FAAN, is Professor of Nursing at New York University, where she served as Director of the Program in Research and Theory Development in Nursing Science (1985-1990).
Carla Mariano, EdD, RN, AHN-C, FAAIM, is Associate Professor and Coordinator, Advanced Practice Holistic Nurse Practitioner Program and Scholar in Residence at the John Hartford Institute for Geriatric Nursing, Division of Nursing, The Steinhardt School of Education, New York University.
